Dark garnet colour with lilac and burgundy shades. In the nose initially, we find young wood, which as it is aerated are transformed into more complex aromas, licorice, spices. Then it gives way to very ripe fruit, red fruit compote and plum. Very wide aromatic range of tertiary. Pleasant entry, but with character. Expresses the minerality of the terroir via the retro-nasal route with hints of damp earth and undergrowth. Friendly tannin, which is expressed in its perfect balance with the fruit. The maximum expression of the variety in Priorat.

Coster de l’Ermita is a wine that comes 100% from our vineyards in the Finca de Salancas. It is located at an altitude of 430-560 meters above sea level.

100% organic and with the seal of the Priorat Designation of Origin. Wine made from 100% Carignan grapes.

90% of the ageing process was carried out in new French oak barrels for 18 months and 10% in American barrels during the same period.

100% Carinyena wine fermented directly in vertical barrels punching down the cap. Ageing of 18 months in new French oak barrels.
