Bright and golden in colour, with slight pale yet transparent shades. On the nose we find syrupy aromas, apricot, dried apricots, and green almonds with a subtle touch of cinnamon. On the palate it presents an unctuous and pleasant entrance. There is a slight tang of acidity present without edges. Long and fresh on the palate.

This wine is 100% white gernache, with the name of the vineyard in which it is located, La Capelleta.
Fermentation is carried out in acacia and chestnut barrels at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. It is in these barrels that the aging is completed. A batonnage is made during 4 months allowing for a greater volume to be experienced on the palate. .

Pairing

The aromatic intensity of this wine as well as its richness and length on the palate make it an ideal companion for all types of baked fish,  With cod in all its versions. At the same time, it goes perfectly with white meats, such as chicken . Serve at a temperature of 8 C- 10 C

Un blanco para romper tópicos del Priorat
El Priorat se ha hecho famoso por sus negros, pero cada vez están más de moda los vinos blancos. La Capelleta 2018 es un buen ejemplo: un vino de garnacha blanca sabroso y fresco. De entrada es potente, con un paladar de fruta blanca, eléctrica, fresca. Poco a poco nos va quedando un poso más mineral y salino. La Capelleta es un vino para hacer fuego nuevo, para empezar de cero, para iniciar nuevas etapas. Es ideal para cenas al aire libre, para hacer planes de futuro, para conversar con los amigos.
