It is noted that these conditions govern exclusively the sale by Mas Igneus SL of products presented on its website, and that the products offered are reserved for individuals.
The confirmation of an order of a product offered on the website http://masigneus.com implies the express acceptance by you of these general conditions of sale, without your signature being necessary to confirm such acceptance.

Previous clause
This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, to be likely or potential to harm the goodwill of or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is explicitly prohibited.

You can consult or search for the products you want to buy through the menu at the top right, where you can find the online sales page, or browse through any of the sections you find on the website.
Once you have found the product you want, you must click on its name or title to consult the information page and find the details about the product.
In case you are not sure about the item you are looking for you can select the category of the product you want from the top menu of the home page. Different sections will open allowing more precise searches.

1.2. How to add products to your cart.

If you have decided to buy a product from http://masigneus.com, click on the «Add to Cart» button on each product page. You can continue searching until the cart contains all the products you want. You can check your basket at any time by clicking on the «My Basket» button at the top right of the page indicated by a «cart» logo.

1.3. Password.

If you do not remember your password, click on «Forgotten your password», enter your e-mail address and you will quickly receive an e-mail with a new password. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can change the new password under «User Area» at the bottom of the screen.

Clause 2.
Ordering methods.
The contractual data will be confirmed and the contractual data will be collected before the shipment is made.
Mas Igneus reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom it has a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.
Mas Igneus undertakes to accept orders in accordance with the terms of the general conditions of sale set out here.
The customer declares to know and accept these general conditions of sale before confirming their orders.
The confirmation of an order therefore implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Mas Igneus is proof of all transactions between Mas Igneus and its customers.
Mas Igneus will do its best to manage all orders.

Clause 3.
Availability.

Offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, and always subject to availability.
In the event that the product is not available after the processing of an order, the customer will be informed by email or telephone of the delivery of only a part of his order, or the cancellation of the order. The customer will receive a refund of the full or partial amount of his order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after the order has been placed.

Clause 4.
Shipping and order tracking.

4.1. General aspects.

The delivery time once confirmed the order will be a maximum of 7 (seven) working days. However, this time may vary depending on the distribution network provided by our carriers for each region.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

4.2. Collection of the order.

At the time of placing your order you can specify which delivery address you want us to send the order to.

Mas Igneus reserves the right to split shipments. Orders are sent through various logistics operators. In this case, only the management and shipping costs corresponding to a single shipment will be invoiced.
Mas Igneus does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of possible delays in delivery.

4.3. Order tracking.

Once your order has been placed, you can track its status in your account. Your order will be:

Received. When the payment is checked and the order is passed for the preparation of the package.
Processed When the order leaves the warehouse, it is picked up by the transport agency for shipment to the recipient.
Completed. When we verify that the order is delivered to the recipient and then we send the invoice by email, if you have requested it.
In the 3 (three) cases, when the order changes status you will receive an email with the updated information of the status of your order.
At all times you will be informed by email of the status of the order.

4.4. Problems with delivery.

If the customer is not at the address indicated to receive his package, normally an attempt will be made to deliver the package to a relative or a person living at the same address. If this delivery is unsuccessful, a note will be left with the recipient with all the details of the shipment and the contact telephone number of the transport company to set a new delivery date.
If the recipient does not contact the transport company within 2 (two) days after the first attempt, the agency will contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery.

At the time the customer receives his package, he must:

Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.
Point out any anomaly in the purchase order, stating their reservations and including your signature.
If necessary, resend the items to Mas Igneus, the transport company will contact the client to specify the day and time of collection. The goods must be accompanied by the delivery note of origin.
In case the product is delayed or does not arrive at its destination, the client can contact Mas Igneus’ customer service, sending an e-mail through the contact form of info@masigneus.com
In case of a return due to the impossibility of delivering the order (incorrect address of the recipient, finished collection period…etc.) the customer will be automatically notified by email. Without notice from you within 1 (one month) of receipt of the email, Mas Igneus reserves the right to cancel the order.

Clause 5. Returns.

5.1. General conditions of return.

In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return the goods.
The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for subsequent sale.
No package will be accepted without one of the elements of identification of the sender (name, address, order number). The return of the products or services requested will result in the reimbursement of all amounts paid by the customer.
These amounts will be paid into the customer’s bank within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the exercise of the right of return. Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
In all cases, an email will be sent to the customer informing him/her of the refund.
The return costs will be paid by the customer.
Excluded from this case are those returns that are derived from a Mas Igneus error or a product defect. In this case, Mas Igneus undertakes to exchange the defective product for an equal one or to refund the amount, assuming the return and subsequent shipping costs if applicable.
Mas Igneus will not accept any exchange or return if it has not previously received any notification.
No shipments will be accepted against reimbursement.
In accordance with banking legislation, no refunds can be made on credit cards whose expiration date has expired. In this case, Mas Igneus reserves the right to ask the client for all the necessary data to make the corresponding refund.

5.2 How to cancel your order.

If you have already made the purchase and want to cancel your order, if you have not received it yet, please contact immediately info@masigneus.com or tel. 644001395. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled and the amount of the purchase will be returned in full by the same means by which you made the payment. In case the package has been sent, you must wait for its reception to proceed to its return.

5.3. When can I cancel my order?

The order can only be changed before it is dispatched. To do this we ask you to contact us as soon as possible by email info@masigneus.com or telephone 644001395. In the case that the order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled and the amount of the purchase will be refunded in full by the same means by which you made the payment. In case the package has been sent, you must wait for its reception to proceed to its return if you find it appropriate.

5.4. Order delivered with a broken bottle

The shipping package is designed to avoid breakage and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but it is possible that some breakage may occur.

When you receive your package, please follow the following steps:

Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.
Point out any anomalies on the delivery note, stating your reservations or comments along with your signature.
Transport providers do not allow the return of goods if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is wet or damp, do not accept the order. The transport agency will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send a new shipment at no additional cost.

5.5. Bottles that are not in good condition

In http://masigneus.com we make tastings of the lots that we serve regularly, and we have a great product rotation, which allows us to detect any anomaly. Anyway, it is possible that some bottles do not arrive in good condition to their destination. In this case, we will replace it with another one free of charge.

5.6. Incomplete order or that does not correspond to what was ordered.

If the bottles received do not correspond to your order, simply send an email to info@masigneus.com or contact us at 644001395 indicating your details and those of your order and we will replace the order at no cost.
At the moment you receive your package:

Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.
Indicate any anomaly on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.

Clause 6.
Products.
The products offered comply with current Spanish legislation and the standards applicable in Spain.
Mas Igneus will do everything possible to ensure that the photographic images of their products faithfully represent the products offered. Also, each product is accompanied by an accurate description of its main characteristics. In the event that there is a clear mismatch between the characteristics of the product and its representation, the customer may return it and request a refund in accordance with the provisions of clause 5.

Clause 7.

Price.

7.1. The prices of the products are expressed in euros with all taxes included; management and shipping costs are not included, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order according to the amount of the order requested and the delivery address to it.
7.2. Mas Igneus reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
7.3. The risks of the products will be borne by the customer from the time of delivery.
The ownership of the product will be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery, and provided that it has proceeded to pay the price of them previously. Otherwise, the transfer of ownership will be conditional on payment of the price.

Clause 8. Payment.
8.1. Form of payment.
The payment of the purchases will be carried out by means of payment card or bank transfer.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
The charge will be made to the customer’s account within a maximum of 4 (four) days from the date of the order, which will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement between the payment centers.
All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption thanks to the SSL protocol.

When the customer clicks on the «Checkout» button during the order confirmation, the validity of his credit card number will be checked and it will be verified that it is not blocked. This action will be carried out at the payment gateway of the bank «Banco Santander».
Mas Igneus will in no case have access to your bank details or store them on its servers. For this reason, the customer must provide them again each time he makes a new transaction on our website.
In this way, the client obtains double protection against abuse and fraud.

8.2. Secure payment
In accordance with our commitment to payment security, we inform you that «Banco Santander» is responsible for verifying the reliability of the data provided during the completion of an order with payment by card.
Mas Igneus reserves the right to ask its customers to send (by fax or mail) a copy of both sides of their national identity card, as well as proof of address less than 3 (three) months old. No order may be sent before receipt and verification of these documents. The requested documents must be sent within 6 (six) working days.
Mas Igneus reserves the right to reimburse the order if the documents mentioned above are not received or are not valid.

Clause 9.
Modifications
The information that appears in this web site is the one in force in the date of its last update. Mas Igneus reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information on this website.
This web site may not be altered, changed, modified or adapted. However, Mas Igneus reserves the right to make, at any time, as many changes and modifications it deems appropriate, and may make use of such power at any time and without notice regarding the availability of their products and campaigns.
