This white takes its name from the place where it is produced, La Capelleta (‘small chapel’ in Catalan).
This 100% white Grenache wine comes from a hillside of 0.6 hectares receiving the first rays of the morning sun.
It is fermented in oak barrels of 400L so that the woody contribution is more melted and balanced, allowing us to find the grape variety. After alcoholic fermentation, it undergoes a rearing with its lees, the finest, in the same containers.
The benefit of this method of aging is to naturally protect the wines from oxidation as well as to bring density in the mouth.
*Vi de vila: A geographical unit within the Priorat DOQ with specific characteristics related to the soil and climate in which they are grown.

Sommelier's Note
In this dry, clear and brilliant white wine we find the charms of the white grenache, the complexity of the barrel and the freshness of the soil where it comes from.
On the nose we find floral notes and white fruits with a touch of cinnamon.
On the palate, varietal sensations of boxwood, broom and lemon zest mixed with exotic nuances. It is fresh, creamy and balanced with a nice acidity that accompanies us throughout the tasting.
